Champagne. The Sparkling Wine is made from 50% Chardonnay, 40%
Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. It is salmon-pink in color
and full of vibrant fruit flavours such as strawberry
and citrus. Billecart Salmon Rose is well balanced with the fruit
flavours in the front of the palate and a nice crisp acidity in the
finish.
