Henri Goutorbe, Cuvee Prestige

Champagne Henri Goutorbe is a small family owned and operated winery in the idyllic town of Ay. The Goutorbe family business began as a viticultural nursery, in which they slowly added small parcels of vineyard when possible. Henri Goutorbe established the label towards the end of the 1940's.  The Cuvee Prestige is created from a portion of their non-vintage wine that is left on the lees for up to five years.  The bouquet of this wine is creamy with complex brioche flavors. The creamy flavors of the bouquet continue onto the palate, thus giving the wine great length, subtlety, and finesse.
