J Cuvee has
been making sparkling wine for 20 years, using cool-climate
vineyard sites in California's Russian River Valley. The
non-vintage J Cuvee 20 opens with notes of crisp lemon peel,
honeysuckle, and delicate yeast. In the mouth, these notes
are followed by a mix of Fuji apple and grapefruit, and the
mid-palate is interlaced with toast, caramel, and almond
flavors. The citrus zest leads to a warm pear
finish.
