Should your shipment be refused or returned
after good-faith attempts by our shipper, we will credit your card
for the total amount of your order less shipping. Before crediting
your card, we will first contact you to see if an alternate address
might work more effectively.
Damaged products must be returned to us or to our
shipper before a damage claim can be filed. We will
replace damaged products without any additional charge to your
card.
